About
A recognized network of legitimate watch dealers.
The Association exists so dealers can trade with dealers who have been looked at first. Applicants are reviewed by our admins before they are admitted, and members trade directly with each other inside WhatsApp groups.
We do our best to check and vet the people in the groups, and we are happy to help facilitate smooth transactions and offer guidance when needed. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own deals, so we still encourage every member to ask for references.
How it works

Send your business details and trade references through the application form on this site.
Get reviewed
Our admins look over each application. Recognition as a verified dealer is the point of the Association.
Trade in the groups
Approved dealers join the Association’s WhatsApp groups, including the scheduled auction chat.
Auction chat
Short auctions. Firm commitments.
The auction chat runs on a simple rule set so every member knows what to expect before they bid.
- Duration
- Each auction lasts 5 minutes, starting when someone begins bidding.
- Bidding
- Bids are in $100 increments unless the seller specifies otherwise. Deleted bids are not accepted.
- Commitment
- If you bid, you are committed to buy. Failing to do so means removal from both chats.
- Payment
- Check, wire or ACH, expected the next day, pre-wired, unless the seller agrees otherwise beforehand.
- Conduct
- Be respectful, keep chat to a minimum, and post only at your designated time.
- Disputes
- All disputes are addressed at the end of the auction.
